Helok is offered for the focused app experience described here, including browse short clips, save favorites, review creator profiles.
App Conduct
Use the app lawfully and respectfully across browsing, posting, saving, commenting, reporting, and account management.
Zero-Tolerance Content Policy
Helok has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content, exploitation, harassment, abusive behavior, illegal activity, threats, and any content that endangers minors or other users. Violating content may be removed and accounts may be restricted or terminated.
Reliability Updates
The service can adjust features over time while keeping the app's core media browsing and account experience intact.
Media Rule
Posts, saves, and account actions must remain lawful, respectful, and aligned with the app's theme. These terms are limited to media permission handling and the app flows listed in Helok.
